David Owen to Speak at November Community Affairs Luncheon

The November Community Affairs Luncheon, hosted by the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Friday, November 17 from 12-1 pm at the KO Lee Aberdeen Public Library. Guest speaker will be David Owen, President & Chief Lobbyist with the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry. David will cover election results and a preview of the 2024 legislative session.
