In 2026, we are focusing on the following key initiatives to convene innovative leaders, collaborate with like-minded organizations, advocate for positive change, and help small businesses grow:

Implement a bold, experience-driven strategy rooted in the 2026 theme — Unlock the Possibilities — to grow membership, increase engagement, and boost retention.

• Send January recruitment postcard to non-members with intentional follow-up in Q1
• Track all staff-led recruitment efforts to analyze trends and ROI
• Launch “Key to Possibilities” incentives:
  • New members draw a key to unlock rewards (free sponsorships, tickets, ads, etc.)
  • Current members draw a key for each successful referral
  • Returning/dropped members draw a key for 10–50% off their first-year renewal
• Track touchpoints and interactions to proactively engage and retain at-risk members
