Rhubarb Bars
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 3/4 Cup Butter, Cubed
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
Filling
- 3 Lg Eggs, Beaten
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 TSP Sat
- 4 Cups Rhubarb, Diced
Instructions
Crust
- Combine crust ingredients above and press into 9 x 13 greased pan
- Bake at 350 Degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned
Filling
- Combine all filling ingredients then add the rhubarb and mix
- Pour filling over hot crust
Bake
- Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes or until no longer jiggly
