Bison Juicy Lucy Slider
Equipment
- 1 Large Mixing Bowl
- 1 Flat Top Grill Or Cast-Iron Skillet or Regular Grill
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Ground Bison
- 1 Lg Onion
- 4-5 Slices Thick-Cut Bacon
- 8 Oz Cheese, Black Pepper Cheddar cubed - can substitute type and style of cheese
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TSP Kosher Salt
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 8 Slider Buns, Sourdough or whatever you like
Instructions
- Slice Onion and Grill with butter, then remove from grill
- Grill Bacon, the remove from grill
- Add your ground bison to a large mixing bowl
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and seasonings
- Separate into 16 thin patties (2 oz each)
- Place cheese in center of patty
- Cover with another patty and tightly pinch the edges together to seal around cheese
- Repeat with remaining patties
- Cook your burgers on the grill for 5 minutes per side
Notes
For Toppings, add grilled onions, bacon, pickles - whatever you like!
