Chamber to Host Leadercast on May 21st

The Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce will bring an expert lineup of nationally recognized leadership speakers to Aberdeen on Thursday, May 21, 2026, through Leadercast 2026: Champion the Leader Within, a digital leadership conference broadcast locally for area professionals.

Leadercast, a leadership development organization that equips leaders around the world through transformative events and video content, has once again partnered with the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce to deliver this premier leadership experience to the Aberdeen community.

The one-day conference will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and emerging professionals for a full day of inspiration, networking, and practical leadership insights. The event focuses on equipping attendees with strategies to strengthen their influence and impact within their organizations and communities.

The 2026 theme, “Champion the Leader Within,” highlights the belief that effective leadership is not defined by title but by self-awareness, clarity, and intentional action. The experience is designed to help leaders at every level develop stronger teams, healthier workplace cultures, and meaningful personal growth. Leadercast 2026 will feature keynote presentations from several nationally recognized speakers, including:

• Patrick Lencioni – Best-selling author and organizational health expert
  • Kim Anthony – Author and leadership development professional
  • Gen. Paul Funk (Ret.) – Former four-star U.S. Army general and leadership advisor
  • Andy Stanley – Best-selling author and founder of North Point Ministries
  • Matt Besler – Former U.S. Men’s National Team soccer player and MLS champion
