Volunteer leadership played a critical role in advancing the Chamber’s mission. Six active committees and 45 volunteers helped guide programs, support members, and strengthen engagement opportunities throughout the year.
The Chamber hosted 196 events in 2024, drawing 4,065 attendees to networking mixers, educational programs, and special events designed to connect businesses and celebrate community success. Additionally, 120 relocation guides were distributed to individuals and families considering Aberdeen as a place to live and work.
Communication efforts expanded the Chamber’s reach across multiple platforms. Social media content generated over 439,000 views, while the Chamber website recorded 110,000 users and 491,000 pageviews. Through six issues of Progress Magazine, the Chamber continued to highlight local businesses, community developments, and economic progress.
The Chamber Gift Card program also continued to support local commerce, with 1,809 cards sold totaling $119,000, directly benefiting Chamber member businesses.
Together, these results reflect the Chamber’s continued commitment to supporting local businesses, strengthening community connections, and promoting Aberdeen as a vibrant place to live, work, and grow.
